National Credit Act (NCA) Training and IOB Exam
Individuals who work in the motor vehicle industry and are responsible for specific matters outlined in the National Credit Act (NCA) must undergo training to understand the NCA requirements. To facilitate this, the Institute of Bankers Forum (IOB) has introduced an examination that these employees and agents can take. After passing the exam, they will receive a Certificate of Completion and an NCA Identification card as evidence of compliance with the NCA. FAIS Forward Academy, in collaboration with the Institute of Bankers, provides training and registers candidates for the IOB exam.

Who the course is for?
People who are employed in the motor vehicle industry and have particular responsibilities defined by the National Credit Act (NCA).
Requirements
To participate in the online (eLearning) study program, you must have access to a computer and a dependable internet connection.
To take the online IOB examination, you must have access to a computer, a reliable internet connection, and a webcam function on your computer.
The online NCA exam is a 2-hour exam and requires an average of 70% to pass.

How do webcam exams work?
Webcam tool is for Quiz assessments only and captures your picture via webcam to identify who is attempting the Quiz assessment. It will capture your picture and screenshot automatically every 30 seconds.
Do not position the web camera so that it is capturing you from side-on. Ensure that the web camera will capture your face from the neck upwards. Your entire face must be visible.
This software can monitor a candidate’s computer activity and webcam during the exam to ensure that they are not using any unauthorized resources or getting assistance from others.
Course duration
Maximum 3 months to complete the training and successfully pass the examination. A rewrite fee is applicable if not passed.
Certification
After passing the NCA exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and an NCA Identification card, which will demonstrate your adherence to the NCA requirements.
