Certificate of completion and NCA Card
When competent, individuals could be appointed as agents to sign contract on behalf of credit providers.
CoB Certificate of Completion
Legal FAIS Fit and Proper requirement in terms of Board Notice 194 of 2017. Must be completed within 12 months from date of first appointment (DOFA).
Regulatory Exam Training (RE)
We provide the guidance for you to easily prepare for the notoriously difficult RE5 or RE1 exams.
Legal FAIS Fit and Proper requirement in terms of Board Notice 194 of 2017. RE5 must be completed within 24 months from date of first appointment (DOFA). Key Individuals must successfully pass RE1 to be approved as Key Individual by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
Insurance Qualification
Statement of Results and Certificate issued by Inseta.
Legal FAIS Fit and Proper requirement in terms of Board Notice 194 of 2017. A qualification recognised by the FSCA, must be completed within 72 months from date of first appointment (DOFA).
